marshall and i have been talking a lot lately about things. things we want to do versus things we actually do versus things we should do. i used to be so good at doing all these things, but its gotten to the point lately where i have so many things to do i dont even do the ones i want to do! but thinking back on when i was all on top of it, the major difference is i used to write everything down. and that was one of my resolutions this year too. in a continuing effort to just be better, i’m going to use this space for that as well (more often than i have been). so, following up on last week’s to do list, here is my current one: 

• catch on on weekly paintings (i’m who knows how many behind!)
• catch up on photo a day
• organize photos on computer/phone/ipad - disable icloud photo stream? i dont think i like it. thoughts?
• cut & dye hair
• print out photo a day photos for album
• print out photos & start assembling honduras scrapbook
• grocery shopping
• clean off kitchen table
• start looking keep an eye out for flights to savannah for nontras wedding - halfway did this - holy astronomical prices! 
• find new eye doctor and make appointment
• play around with wordpress and see if i want to switch to that platform instead of blogger (thoughts?)
• make dentist appointment
• put away laundry
• figure out if i have the funds for my new tattoo
• get diana film developed 

native la flea market - the spicy angeleno and cheesy tots from dogtown dogs - started working out (gasp!) (summers coming!) - celebrated our (roughly) one year anniversaries at toms with josie, keith and jessica at tony p’s on the marina - brie & pear grilled cheese from the grilled cheese truck - matt kearney at the canyon club in agoura hills - bloody marys and croquet with friends in the sunshine easter sunday - went one day #withoutshoes - took a #photoadayapril - farewell wings at hooters with josie & marshall - went to honduras for my giving trip with toms - read the girl who played with fire - sushi burrito’d it up - portobello cheesesteak from the dogtown truck - started speaking espanol a little bit every day - read the girl who kicked the hornets nest - in n out. animal style. twice. - sample sale’d at wildfox - had a generally all around awesome time.

joined the #marchphotoaday crowd - garlic fries and a four cheese crepe from crepen’ around - danced my ass off at bootie la - biked to the beach - got my passport in the mail - pig’n’fig sandwich from earl’s gourmet grub - listened to stories at the moth at zanzibar - explored the rose bowl flea market - finished the hunger games series - saw the artist - finally went thrifting at crossroads in santa monica - saw the temper trap at the el rey - saw the midnight showing of the hunger games - had my yearly review at work and it. went. awesome. hooray march! 

3/18/12: when stopping in today to get ourselves helmets, marshall decided that when i grow up and have lots of money, i wont have a garage full of fancy cars, but of pretty bikes. aren’t they so pretty? i love the white but i also loooove the green. don’t make me decide! 

3/19/12: exploring the still-new-to-us work neighborhood while outfit-photoing with josie.

3/20/12: a row of pretty toms. not a bad thing to have to look at all day. 

3/21/12: (my dates might be a little off this week, i was not paying attention at all.) pepper steak for dinner! 

3/22/12: again, with the not paying attention, there was a lot of not keeping my camera handy. hence the iphone cheat. shopping in century city and then the hunger games opening night. 

3/23/12: we carpe every diem at work. 

3/24/12: thrifting in weho, we almost decided to make a change of plans and stop in this gem. not quite adventurous enough though. maybe some other time. 

man, i was much more thoughtful about this project last week! remember? i’ll work harder starting tomorrow. 

hooray for hollywood! does anyone else wish the sign still said “hollywoodland”? what i wouldn’t give to see that back up on that hill. regardless, as long as i live here, i don’t think the hollywood sign will ever get old. i love it so.
